Chenrezig Practice Seminar

Chenrezig Practice Seminar

Date: Sun, Jun 25, 2017 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Duration: 2 Hours

ChenreziCustomPlease join us for a weekend focusing on the practice of Chenrezig, the bodhisattva who embodies enlightened compassion. This seminar is open to beginners who want to become familiar with the sadhana. It will also benefit experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding and enjoy the benefits of group practice.

Dorje Chang Kalu Rinpoche, emphasized the practice of Chenrezig for his western students. In his own words: “Chenrezig represents the union of love and compassion of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Meditation on Chenrezig develops that love and compassion in practitioners, thus leading to the realization of emptiness, the ultimate nature. That is why I chose this deity for Western students.”
